Chef Perle Tarahu, originally from French Polynesia, has been immersed in cuisine inspired by Tahiti and French culture.
She holds a degree in nutrition which developed her passion for French Gastronomy. She is an alumni of the prestigious and world renowned Paul Bocuse Institute, and later perfected her culinary arts through multiple Michelin-Starred restaurants with high standards.
She was able to deepen her knowledge with the "Meilleurs ouvriers de France" and since then, she is a chef in two notable restaurants in Lyon, the gastronomy capital of France.
